The Waves in Time coffee table brings together modern design with elements of yester year. The grain of its modern solid maple top bends around the corner for a seamless look to create its end leg.  Suspended below is a mid century inspired walnut cabinet clad with sliding hand carved wave panels doors that bring a touch of organic depth to the piece.

MATERIALS
This piece has a 1 ¾ inch thick solid maple top and walnut cabinetry. The walnut has a coat of ambering oil applied to add depth and highlight the grain. Then 5 coats of water-based polyurethane were applied to the piece for a deep long-lasting finish.
